Full Lifecycle Development
A large agency operates a nationwide fleet of over 200,000 vehicles. In the past, drivers used oil company credit cards to pay for fuel, oil, repairs, and other operating expenses. Invoices were processed and paid manually, which was slow, expensive, and prone to errors. The agency decided to replace all the oil company credit cards with cards from one company and automate the process of payment processing and reporting. The agency asked CRGT to develop the new system, and we had the first version successfully running in production within a few months.

Mobile
CRGT helps make your organization mobile, one of the most dynamic technology trends impacting the Government market today. Yet, if you ask ten different Agency IT leaders to define mobility, you are likely to get very different answers. Mobility spans a broad range of technology and process, and is largely shaped by an Agency’s specific mission, its workforce needs and its own perspective on untethered access to sensitive data. Every organization is quickly facing the new reality of a mobile workforce and must begin preparing to support it with a robust mobile strategy that will meet the evolving demands of its mission.
CRGT offers a broad portfolio of services specifically designed to help clients facing the challenge of adopting a mobile-computing enabled delivery model. While CRGT’s Mobility Solution Framework and prescribed architecture provides the over-arching foundation and roadmap that can be leveraged by each individual client to accelerate its mobility program, the company’s services are provided as independent, fully autonomous lines of service designed to provide essential value to clients at varying stages of the deployment life cycle.
Full Lifecycle Support Services Model
CRGT’s Mobility Service Practice supports all phases of the deployment lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design, to development and sustaining engineering practices. Moreover, our mobility practice supports all layers of the technology stack. Our knowledge of mobility spans the entire spectrum of technology and process required to deliver application services targeted to a specific user or user community, in the desired format, on the selected handheld platform, with the desired level of security, and in the manner intended to support user needs and to fulfill its Agency’s mission.

Infrastructure Design & Implementation Support
Enterprise mobility is far more than just technologically advanced handsets, smartphones and tablet devices. These are clearly the most visible and tangible elements of mobility, but in reality they represent just a small fraction of the larger technology, policy and process eco-system that comprises an enterprise mobility program. The more significant underpinnings lie unseen to the end user, but ultimately determine the security, the compliance, the actual services available and ultimately, the actual user experience of Agency mobile services. This includes the technologies and practices for managing, securing, monitoring, and supporting the mobility solution and the mobile workforce.

Mobile App Development Services
The fundamental goal of deploying a mobility infrastructure is the extension of enterprise services and data to a mobile workforce. Enterprise services provided to users may be as straightforward as a corporate email solution, or as involved as a custom transaction-oriented information service with thousands of concurrent users, mission critical data, and enterprise-wide process integration. Whatever the case may be, maximum value from a mobile infrastructure is derived when these enterprise services are untethered from desktop computers and wired networks and extended to a user’s mobile platforms in a secure manner to facilitate a more dynamic computing environment. CRGT has developed customer mobile application solutions on every major platform over the past three years.
