As Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Treasurer, Rafael J. Dominguez is a key member of CRGT’s senior management team. He is responsible for managing the company’s finance, accounting, and contracts functions. He also leads CRGT’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, including identifying strategic targets, conducting due diligence, and heading negotiations.

Mr. Dominguez comes to CRGT with over 20 years of finance experience in a range of industries, including high technology, software development, government contracting, and professional services. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President at ManTech International in Fairfax, Va, a $1.8 billion IT services and solutions firm focused on U.S. national security programs. There he was responsible for finance and accounting operations as well as the acquisition integration strategies with McDonald Bradley, Inc., where he served as Senior Vice President and CFO for almost six years before ManTech acquired it in December 2007.

While with McDonald Bradley, a federal IT services and solutions provider, Dominguez was responsible for all finance and M&A functions, including sell- and buy-side initiatives.

His career also includes senior finance positions at FutureNext Consulting, American Management Systems, General Scientific Corporation, Marriott/Caterair, and Grant Thornton.

Mr. Dominguez graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science Degree in accounting. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
