Manoj Gandhi

As Vice President of CRGT’s Civilian Services Business Unit, Manoj Gandhi provides strategic direction to the delivery group supporting Federal civilian agencies and commercial clients. Mr. Gandhi’s business unit is best known for its software development services assessed at Carnegie Melon’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3, which include niche offerings in geospatial analytics, enterprise energy management, and mobile solutions. With more than 18 years of project management and technical IT consulting, Mr. Gandhi has comprehensive experience in emerging technologies, strategic planning and implementation, and management and technology consulting.

Mr. Gandhi provides the vision and direction for the $35 million business unit, and generates the business development strategic plan to achieve growth targets. In addition, Mr. Gandhi manages the day-to-day consulting and administrative operations of the unit, overseeing program management for several business critical systems for clients such as the U.S. Postal Service, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Commerce, and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Mr. Gandhi joined CRGT (formerly Johnston McLamb) as an enterprise architect in 2002, and was later promoted to program manager and then Technical Director of Delivery. In 2009, he joined the management team as Vice President of Delivery. Prior to CRGT, Mr. Gandhi was senior consultant at COMSYS Technical Services. Preceding that, he held various technical positions for MCI Worldcom and for several other companies in the United States and abroad.

Mr. Gandhi holds a B.S. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College (JNEC) in India. He also has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Software Engineering from Harvard University and an MBA from George Mason University in Virginia. Mr. Gandhi maintains a PMP certification, and is PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP)® credentialed.
