As Vice President of Finance and Controller, David Pearson, brings 20 Years of Financial Management Experience in Government Services. For CRGT, Mr. Pearson is responsible for managing all accounting and financial reporting functions, as well as helping incorporate new policies and procedures that support corporate growth.

Before joining CRGT, he served as Director of Deltek Outsourcing at Aronson & Company in Rockville, Md. In that position, he was responsible for the development and management of the Deltek Outsourced Accounting Practice within the company’s Government Contractor Services Group. Prior to that, Mr. Pearson was Controller and Director of Finance at McDonald Bradley, Inc. (MBI), a Federal Government IT services contractor that was acquired by ManTech International, Inc. In that capacity, he was responsible for MBI’s accounting and financial reporting functions. He also established Sarbanes-Oxley compliance controls/procedures and led several due diligence engagements that resulted in the successful acquisition of two separate companies. Mr. Pearson also has held senior accounting and finance positions at Telos Corp. and DynCorp.

Mr. Pearson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University in Fairfax, Va., and he is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
